In this video, we saw a crazy high speed racer who wants to go cutting in and out of lanes, ultimately to find out, he had some bad luck with, some other cars in front of him, leading into a pretty serious crash. So first important thing to note about that video as to the car in front of the driver that ultimately got hit from the rear. The biggest, thing to note is the force of the impact, and the speed in which the car was traveling in. if I was representing that car in the front, I'd like to use this video and submit this video as evidence, for the purposes of liability. Second most important thing is actually for the passengers in the vehicle. So because they were passengers in the vehicle, they weren't contributing to the accident whatsoever. They actually have a claim against the driver that, was driving recklessly in that accident. Not only that, but they can actually pursue medical benefits, if they have any injuries, and those benefits would go under the insurance of the reckless driving car.
