Rhonda L. Meyer

Rhonda L. Meyer has over 35 years of experience representing medical malpractice plaintiffs. Ms. Meyer has extensive experience with cases involving birth injuries resulting from negligent obstetrical and perinatal care. Ms. Meyer has prepared numerous cases which have helped to secure some of the highest verdicts and settlements in New York State history. Her diverse experience includes medical legal cases involving radiation oncology, obstetrics, birth trauma, perinatal and neonatal medicine, pediatrics, pulmonary medicine, vascular surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedic surgery, infectious diseases, nephrology, neurosurgery, and cancer-related medicine. Her cases have also included those of wrongful death, emotional distress claims resulting from fetal demise, maternal deaths, and birth trauma. In addition, Ms. Meyer has successful appellate practice experience.
