Meet Frank A. DiScipio

Frank A. DiScipio is a litigation attorney with over a decade of personal injury litigation experience in the Greater New York City area. He began his career in civil litigation, where he was trained under the auspices of some of the most respected medical malpractice trial counsel in the city.   In addition to successfully litigating a complex array of personal injury matters, Frank has also represented various local business entities with corporate and/or contractual disputes. He has extensive experience preparing medical malpractice and high-exposure liability actions for litigation and does not hesitate to take a matter to trial.

Born, raised, and educated in New York City, Frank graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from Fordham University and received a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. Frank is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. In addition, Frank has been named a Super Lawyer–Rising Star consecutively from 2013 to 2022 and selected as a top lawyer in U.S. News and World Report. Frank is admitted to practice in the New York State and federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
