Trial attorney with over 25 years of experience handling the trials of complex medical malpractice and general liability personal injury cases involving claims of catastrophic medical and economic damages. Represents clients from inception of the case through to trial and has successfully argued before the Second Department of the New York Appellate Division.

Prior to joining Duffy & Duffy, was a senior partner with one of the more respected medical malpractice defense firms on Long Island. Has been a contributor to the Suffolk County Bar Journal and a CLE lecturer on trial practice topics for colleagues in the field.

In 2022, Prisco earned his place in the top 50 verdicts in New York.
