Part One: Rosaleen’s Testimonial

Video Transcript

I was making breakfast for my parents and then I was going to the bank when we were done. I started my car and I started to smell gas and I opened the windows, I opened the door. I got out, I walked maybe a couple feet and I don't remember anything. I, I was out, uh, on my way to do some shopping on a, a Sunday morning and while I was on my way, my wife called me on my cell phone and said that Rosaline, my daughter, had collapsed in the garage and I better get home. And I do remember the paramedic kept saying to me, "Rosaleen, what’d you take? What’d you take?" They, I think they were just very accustomed to, uh, a young woman, you know, her age with incoherency symptoms like that, that it was normally some type of drug, drug overdose.

After experiencing a stroke, Rosaleen knew something wasn’t right — and she trusted Duffy & Duffy to uncover the truth. Our team worked tirelessly to investigate her case and fight for the justice she deserved. Thanks to our efforts, Rosaleen received the compensation that helped her move forward and rebuild her life. Her strength and courage through it all are truly inspiring. At Duffy & Duffy, we understand how devastating medical malpractice can be — and we’re here to help.
