QUEENS, NEW YORK (December 5, 2022) – A Queens County jury awarded a $33 million medical malpractice verdict for pain and suffering and $5 million for the loss of future income on behalf of a Suffolk County teen who suffered severe and permanent neurological injuries. In 2008, the negligence of a physician John Wagner, MD at Huntington Hospital was proven to have caused the infant to sustain permanent brain damage.
