UNIONDALE, NY – [June 5, 2025] – Duffy & Duffy, PLLC is proud to announce that Mary Anne Walling, RN, BSN, MSN, JD, has joined the firm’s team of trial attorneys, bringing with her a rare and powerful combination of clinical nursing experience and seasoned legal advocacy in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation.
Ms. Walling began her career in critical care nursing after earning her BSN from Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing and her MSN from Boston University. She worked in hospitals across the New York metro area and served as a Principal Associate at Albert Einstein College of Medicine’s Department of Surgery, where she lectured and conducted research in burn and critical care protocols.
She earned her JD from St. John’s University School of Law in 1987 and has since built a respected legal career representing patients in complex malpractice cases from investigation through appeals. Her deep understanding of both medicine and the law gives her clients a powerful advantage in the courtroom.
