Michael E. Duffy

Michael E. Duffy, Managing Partner and General Counsel of the Long Island, New York law firm, Duffy & Duffy is a highly experienced civil litigator with a passion for the law and a desire to represent victims of medical malpractice. Mr. Duffy concentrates his practice on catastrophically injured victims and wrongful death claims involving medical malpractice and personal injury in New York. Throughout his career he has been actively involved in a number of professional organizations and has been repeatedly named in Best Lawyers in America. He has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients and his landmark settlements have been widely publicized both locally and nationally.

As an active member of various trial and NY Bar associations, Mr. Michael E.
