Mary Rita Wallace
Mary Rita Wallace, is a trial attorney at Duffy & Duffy, where she prepares medical malpractice and general liability cases for trial. Previously with Levine & Grossman, she comes to Duffy & Duffy with more than 25 years of legal experience. She believes strongly in patient advocacy and was drawn to Duffy & Duffy because of its excellent reputation.
A graduate of St. John’s University, she returned to her alma mater to become an assistant professor. In addition, Ms. Wallace has lectured for the New York State Bar Association and is a retired Village Justice. She is also the current Vice-Chair of the Nassau County Grievance Committee and board member of Life’s WORC, a not-for-profit organization for those with developmental disabilities.
She is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
