Pollack, a seasoned attorney specializing in medical malpractice, birth injuries, wrongful death and personal injury has joined the firm as trial counsel. David previously led his own practice, David S. Pollack, P.C. in Port Washington. He will be based in Duffy & Duffy's Uniondale office.

David brings a wealth of trial experience in the fields of medical malpractice and personal injury. Throughout his career he has handled hundreds of cases obtaining multi-million dollar personal injury and malpractice awards for his clients. As the founder of David S. Pollack, P.C., he saw nearly 50 cases to verdict, including a $13.6 million dollar award for a Chemung County baby suffering from spastic quadriparesis cerebral palsy and an $8 million dollar award for a Queens County girl born with cerebral palsy, both the result of negligence.
